Commercial Real Estate Paralegal
The Law Firm of MacDonald Illig Jones & Britton is seeking a full-time Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to work in our Real Estate Practice Group. If you love the details that make deals, come together, can juggle multiple closings without breaking a sweat, and enjoy being the calm in the transactional storm- this could be your next great move.
What You'll Do:
- Manage title, survey, zoning, and due diligence with your signature precision
- Draft, review, and organize transfer and closing documents
- Coordinate real estate closings, recordings, and filings like a pro
- Keep everyone in the loop with clear communication and follow-through
- Help wrap up post-closing binders and keep clients smiling
