ENTRY LEVEL PARALEGAL - No Experience Needed | Must have Paralegal Certificate Experience: 0-1 years.
Paralegal Certificate is a must.
Pay Rage: $53k to $55k 

No Law Firm experience Needed.
Monday-Thursday 8am to 6pm.
Onsite - Dallas, TX 75206


Description: The Paralegal position is responsible for gathering, preparing and summarizing relevant materials for use by the attorneys. This position is under the direct supervision of the Director of People and Culture. A successful candidate will have strong customer service and project management skills, must be able to multi-task, meet deadlines, and have strong organizational and communication skills. Successful candidates will be detail-orientated and professional.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Draft legal documents such as agreements, letters, and memos with attorney supervision
  • Review, prepare and file documents with attorney supervision
  • Assist with entity formations
  • Format and final set documents
  • Preform Secretary of State searches, Corsearch trademark reports and other research as requested 
  • Communication with clients in-person, through e-mail and by telephone
  • Keep track of deadlines and proactively provide updates to both clients and attorneys
  • Assist with preparation of corporate books
  • Attend business development events as needed
Education and Experience:
  • Must have paralegal certificate*
  • Extremely organized, detail-oriented, able to multi-task and prioritize their workload and work well under
  • pressure
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Must be able to work independently and as a team member
  • Ability to manage projects and meet deadlines
  • Reliable, professional, strong sense of confidentiality and ability to exercise sound judgment
  • Prefer one year of experience in a professional administrative role but not necessary
  • Law firm experience is not necessary
*A paralegal certification and degree are not the same. Certification is proof of passing a third-party course, such as the Certified Paralegal exam through NALA (National Association of Legal Assistants). A paralegal degree is an accredited credential offered through a college or university, such as an associate degree or a bachelor’s degree.

Position Type/Expected Work Hours: This is full-time non-exempt position. Hours of operation are Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
