    Requirements<\/h3>

    Qualifications & Requirements<\/b>

    • Experience:<\/b> Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience. Familiarity with the energy industry is highly preferred but not required.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Legal Skills:<\/b> Proven ability to handle pleadings, motions, and discovery rules with precision.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Communication:<\/b> Exceptional analytical, research, writing, and speaking skills are essential.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Education:<\/b> Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Soft Skills:<\/b> A rigorous work ethic, a desire to grow within the firm, and the ability to thrive in a fast -paced, team -oriented environment.

    • Professionalism:<\/b> Must maintain strict client and firm confidentiality at all times.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Licensure:<\/b> Must be admitted to practice in West Virginia.
