About the Position

We are hiring one to two post-graduate law school graduates to join our team in an entry-level paralegal-to-attorney track. Bar admission is not required to start. Candidates will begin in a litigation support role and will transition into an Associate Attorney position immediately upon admission. This role will focus heavily on toll litigation and PANYNJ legacy motions.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys on toll litigation matters

• Assist with drafting PANYNJ legacy motions and related filings

• Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries

• Prepare pleadings, motions, and court documents

• Track deadlines and manage court calendars

• Organize case files and evidence

• Coordinate filings through NYSCEF and related systems

• Communicate with courts, clients, and opposing counsel as needed

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

• Bar admission not required to start

• Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply

• Strong legal research, writing, and organizational skills

• High attention to detail and reliability

• Ability to work onsite in New York in a fast-paced litigation environment

Benefits and Compensation
