Job Description
Seeking an experienced Transactional Attorney to join Financial Services practice in Charlotte office. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated commercial lending and finance transactions, including syndicated credit facilities and leveraged finance deals, within a collaborative, client-focused environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in North Carolina (or ability to obtain admission promptly).
- 2–3 years of experience in commercial lending transactions.
- Working knowledge of syndicated credit facilities and leveraged finance transactions.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Desire for in-office development and direct client interaction.
This role will sit ONSITE out of Charlotte, NC.
