
G10 Law, APLC is a boutique AV-Rated real estate, land use, and litigation law firm seeking to hire a full-time Client Intake Coordinator. Client Intake Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for potential clients, providing a professional and courteous initial experience.
- Conduct initial intake interviews to understand client needs, answer questions, and guide them through the intake process.
- Assess and screen potential clients to ensure they align with the firm's practice areas and objectives.
- Gather, verify, and record detailed client information, including contact information, matter details, and other necessary documentation.
- Ensure that all client information is accurately entered into the firm's case management system.
- Review and follow up on all intake forms for completeness and compliance with the firm's guidelines.
- Coordinate with attorneys and other legal staff to determine matter viability and align potential clients with the appropriate resources.
- Schedule initial consultations for prospective clients, coordinating availability with attorneys and ensuring prompt follow-up. Confirm consultation appointments and provide clients with any preparatory information or documentation required for their meetings.
- Communicate client needs and expectations to relevant departments, facilitating smooth handoffs between intake and legal teams.
- Complete the matter closing process upon conclusion of client matters, including preparing and sending closing letters, updating case management systems, and ensuring proper file retention procedures are followed.
- Assist with other administrative duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Prior experience in a law firm, legal services, or professional office setting preferred
- Professional demeanor, dress, and speech essential
- Strong work ethic with the ability to manage tasks independently and cooperatively
- Excellent writing, editing, analytical and communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills with an attention to detail
- The ability to multitask at a high level, showing resourcefulness and the ability to problem solve
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)

Salary- $24 - $28/hour
