Job Description

Abramson Labor Group is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Operations Project Assistant to provide administrative and project support to firm leadership. This role is ideal for an early-career professional looking to gain experience in operations, project coordination, and administrative support within a legal setting.

The successful candidate will assist with daily tasks, support project tracking, and help ensure operations run smoothly while learning how to develop processes and work across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with coordinating projects by tracking tasks, deadlines, and progress updates.

  • Support the drafting and organization of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • Provide administrative support to executives and staff, including scheduling, documentation, and internal communications.

  • Maintain accurate records, files, and project-related documentation.

  • Help prepare reports and summaries for leadership.

  • Communicate with internal teams to gather updates and follow up on tasks.

  • Assist with special assignments and operational initiatives as directed.

  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 0–2 years of professional experience in an office, administrative, or project support role.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
