Job Title: Video Conference Coordinator

 

Position Summary:

 

Magna Legal Services is seeking experienced candidates to join our Video Conference Department. This role involves customer service, technical support, data entry and product demonstrations to clients. Additionally, this role involves technical support for our in-office conference rooms and related video conference equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience in both customer service and Microsoft Office applications, as well as a technical support background. This position is fully on-site at our headquarters in Philadelphia, PA.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Continual monitoring throughout the day of remote video depositions to ensure both technical and general support for our clients and resources during their remote depositions.
  • Handle data entry and calendar management in support of various virtual services.
  • Respond instantly to chat, email and phone from both co-workers, clients, and resources.
  • Coordinate and provide technical support for in-office meetings, focus groups, and other in-person events at our Philadelphia conference rooms. 
  • Troubleshoot on-the-spot technical issues that may arise. 

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 3 Years of Experience in Tech Support and/or Customer Service
  • Skills:
    • Excellent customer service skills, with a strong focus on direct support over Zoom video, as well as email and phone communication, ensuring professionalism, responsiveness, and clarity in all client interactions.
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office for managing documentation, data entry, and reporting.
    • Ability to remotely troubleshoot primarily Windows computers and Apple/Android Smartphones in regards to connecting to our video platforms.
    • Comfort in working in a fast-paced environment and an ability to multitask.
  • Key Competencies:
    • Strong customer service skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Attention to detail
    • Ability to employ critical thinking skills in fast-paced movements.
    • May be required to lift 30 - 40 pounds. 
    • Availability to attend occasional last-minute travel requests, locally and in-person. 

 

Compensation: USD $40,000 - $45,000 per year.

 

An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
