Paralegal - Personal Injury

PARALEGAL - Personal Injury - Part-Time, REMOTE

We are in need of a seasoned paralegal with a firm grasp of PI cases and a thorough understanding of the discovery process. In addition, a good understanding of document filing and civil procedure, as well as good case management skills are essential. This person will "own" Discovery and work independently but under the supervision of the attorney.

Paralegal Duties and Responsibilities

• Preparing Discovery requests and answering discovery inquiries;
• Case management;
• Document formatting and filing;
• Scheduling;
• Constantly seek the opportunity to offer help (proactivity is a must).

Paralegal Requirements and Qualifications

• REQUIRED: 3+ years of experience working in the PI practice area
• NICE to HAVE: Business Litigation experience
• Organized, detailed-oriented, flexible, and candid.

Job Type:

• Part-time

Salary:

• $30.00 per hour

Education:

• Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies (many years of experience will be considered)
