We are currently expanding our legal team and are seeking an Immigration Attorney to be part of this next chapter. This role will be instrumental in shaping and supporting our growing practice in Arkansas and beyond.
We’re looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys mentoring team members, and is deeply committed to delivering efficient, high-quality service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Review affirmative and defensive case filings, provide detailed feedback, and approve them for submission.
- Offer legal guidance and strategic direction to paralegals on casework.
- Draft legal arguments for filings as required.
- Represent immigrants in court hearings.
- Train and mentor paralegals, junior paralegals, and assistants to foster professional growth and enhance team performance.
- Provide support to other departments as needed when attorneys are unavailable.
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active bar license.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain a high standard of accuracy.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to mentor and train team members.
- Proven experience in a law firm or similar environment, with a focus on case review and legal strategy.
- Comfortable working on a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in immigration law is essential.
- Experience handling cases involving detained individuals is required
- While not required, speaking Spanish is a bonus. Hybrid work environment possible.
