The Opportunity:
Our Client seeks a trial attorney to join its Landlord-Tenant practice group. All candidates should have a minimum of 7 years of landlord-tenant resolution experience. In addition, each candidate must demonstrate contemporaneous experience in drafting predicate notices, pleadings, motions, complex settlement agreements, and in taking and defending depositions. Strong negotiating skills and excellent computer and research skills are necessary.
