Job Summary

As a New Business Account Executive (Legal Tech) based in New York or London (Hybrid), you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive new business growth by identifying, engaging, and converting qualified prospects into customers. You'll be a key player in expanding our footprint in the in-house legal tech space. This is a high-impact, target-driven role that requires strong communication, resilience, and strategic thinking.

In this role, you will:

  • Source, qualify, and close new business opportunities within your first 3 months

  • Deliver a consistent number of qualified demos weekly

  • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue and pipeline generation targets

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with legal ops professionals, General Counsel, and other key decision-makers

  • Accurately maintain CRM data and forecast pipeline progress

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in a sales role, ideally within SaaS, legal tech, or a closely related B2B environment

  • Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding quotas in a fast-paced sales environment

  • Strong understanding of legal workflows and the challenges faced by in-house legal teams

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage senior legal stakeholders

  • Proven experience managing relationships with legal buyers (GCs, legal ops, etc.)

  • Highly self-motivated with a proactive approach to outbound sales and lead generation

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
