Trust and Estate Planning Attorney

Sheehan Phinney Bass & Green PA is a prominent mid-size law firm, headquartered in Manchester, NH. We are seeking an attorney to join our Trust and Estate Planning practice, based primarily from the Manchester, NH location. The position requires experience drafting estate plans, advising clients on probate procedures, and familiarity with high-net-worth clients’ asset protection.

J.D. (LL.M., preferred) admitted to practice in Massachusetts and New Hampshire with some portable business preferred and five to ten years of experience with estate planning and administration. Estate tax expertise is also preferred. Successful candidate must be motivated, exacting and possess excellent client counseling skills and a high degree of professionalism. Experience in creating a variety of individually tailored estate plans, familiarity with current probate procedure, and tax law. EOE.
