Legal Assistant – Property Damage Team What You’ll Do
As a Legal Assistant on our Property Damage team, you’ll play a vital role in helping clients navigate the complexities of property damage claims. Your work will directly support individuals dealing with rental cars, loss of use, diminished value, towing, and storage issues. You’ll also assist non-clients by offering guidance and resources—all while delivering empathetic, efficient service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate, clear, and proactive support to clients with property damage claims
- Systematically resolve existing client property damage issues
- Assist non-clients by offering information and next steps
- Use legal software, case management systems, and digital tools to streamline workflows and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with attorneys, case managers, and other departments to ensure seamless service
- Perform administrative and support tasks as needed

Qualifications:
