  • Support Clients: Communicate updates, gather information, and assist clients with form completion.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with e-filing, phone coverage, scheduling, and notarizing documents.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in weekly case management meetings and contribute to a supportive, team-oriented culture.

Qualifications

  • Required: 5+ years of Florida Estate Planning experience, including trust drafting (non-negotiable).
  • Advanced paralegal education or certification strongly preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with WealthCounsel and/or Westlaw Form Builder (or similar).
  • Experience with Clio Manage (or similar case management software).
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace preferred.
  • Typing speed: 60–100 WPM required.

Why Join BPE?

  • No Billable Hour Requirement: Focus on quality, not quotas.
  • Energizing Work Culture: We celebrate successes together.
  • Employee Engagement: Join our employee engagement committee.
  • Team Bonding Events: Regular events foster collaboration and camaraderie.
  • Firm Trip: All-expenses-paid annual company trip after one year.
