Job Description
KRW is looking for a bright, detail oriented, and self-motivated individual to join the team as a Client Intake Specialist. We are needing a customer service oriented person with an eye for detail who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
This position includes but not limited to duties such as: utilizing multi-line phone systems, greeting clients, reviewing legal documents, transcribing medical dictations, and performing vital signs in a clinical setting if needed. Standard admin duties including: e-filing, faxing, scanning, mailings, & scheduling.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to clients in a high call volume setting
- Perform administrative duties including data entry, document management, and updating of databases
- Coordinate and assist in sorting, filing, faxing, and copying documents
- Facilitate communication between all departments
- Assists in all other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years in an office/administrative setting
- Experience using a multiline phone system
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Advanced experience in Microsoft Office programs
- Pleasant, personable and friendly attitude
- Clean, professional appearance
Job Type: Full Time/ Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. (hybrid work schedule)
