The WE Senior Coordinator is an integral part of Latham’s Workplace Experience (WE) team and will be responsible for supporting the WE Manager(s) and helping guide a team of customer-focused professionals to deliver a best-in-class experience for internal and external clients of the firm, while cultivating a genuine and personal connection with all clients and creating a customized experience so they can work seamlessly, productively, and efficiently. This role will be located in our Chicago office. This is an in-office role.
Other key responsibilities include:
- Providing best-in-class client service that is timely, accurate, and seamless, while demonstrating sound judgement and problem-solving acumen
- Identifying and implementing innovative ways to streamline and enhance service delivery to maximize the in-office working experience of colleagues, guests, and clients
- Contributing to day-to-day oversight of local WE Host and Agent teams in conjunction with WE Managers, including assisting with team staffing/resource allocation and distribution of work, onboarding and training of new team members, team coaching and development, and sharing performance feedback
- Helping interface with internal clients on behalf of local WE team including by providing WE orientation to all new personnel in the office
- Leading the team by helping to prepare policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs), and determining and implementing process improvements
- Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains

- A high school diploma or an equivalent
- A bachelor’s degree, preferably
- A minimum of three (3) years of hospitality or customer service management experience
- Hotel management, facility/office management, law firm, or corporate environment experience, preferably
