Consumer Financial Services Litigation Associate

A highly respected legal team is seeking a litigation associate with 2–4 years of experience to join its Consumer Financial Services practice in Virginia Beach. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated litigator to work alongside a nationally recognized team handling high-profile matters across the country.

• Represent financial institutions in consumer finance litigation, including matters related to mortgages, auto lending, and credit cards
• Draft motions, conduct discovery, and handle court appearances, depositions, and hearings
• Collaborate with a national team on matters involving consumer finance and privacy laws
• Support clients through litigation, regulatory guidance, and government investigations

• 2–4 years of litigation experience, preferably in business or financial services
• Admitted and in good standing in Virginia (required)
• Strong academic performance and excellent legal writing skills
• Experience with commercial litigation and representing financial institutions is a plus
• Admission to additional bars is a plus

• Salary range: $235,000 – $275,000, based on experience
