Job Description
This position is located in the Office of the Assistant Attorney General (OAAG). As a Civil Rights Analyst, the incumbent serves as a senior team member on research projects designed to identify, clarify, and make recommendations concerning major national civil rights policies, problems, and/or issues.

The incumbent will serve as a Civil Rights Analyst. Duties include, but are not limited to: Prepare analytical data, reports and memoranda relevant to employment discrimination Make determinations to ensure such data meet requirements Prepare findings and make recommendations as to the course of action to be taken Prepare and analyze statistical and labor force data, and conduct compliance reviews of state and local government defendants being monitored with a special emphasis toward hiring, assignment, promotion and transfer patterns, where applicable, and recommending appropriate enforcement procedures. Salary- $120,579 - $156,755/year
