Part-Time Office Assistant

Boyce Law Firm, LLP in Sioux Falls, SD, is a busy and client-focused law firm seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Assistant to support our legal team from 11:30 am to 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a professional legal environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in answering direct incoming phone calls
• Greet clients and visitors in a professional manner
• Assist in organizing and maintaining physical and electronic files
• Delivery of documents to outside locations
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail
• Perform general administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Previous administrative or office experience preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Detail-oriented and dependable
• Must have valid driver’s license
