- Manage a high-volume caseload of personal injury claims from intake to settlement.
- Work closely with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters to maximize case value.
- Oversee case strategy, demand preparation, and negotiate settlements to ensure clients receive fair compensation.
- Collaborate with litigation teams when cases require escalation.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience handling plaintiff personal injury cases in a pre-litigation setting.
- Licensed to practice law in California (multi-jurisdiction licensing and bilingual abilities are a plus).
- A strong communicator and negotiator who thrives in client-facing interactions.
- Passionate about helping injured individuals fight against insurance companies and corporate giants.
- Highly organized, proactive, and driven to deliver results.
