Compensation: $65,000 – $85,000 (commensurate with experience, and qualifications)

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal to work in our Estate Administration team. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, strong time management abilities, and meticulous attention to detail. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced legal environment, handle competing priorities with professionalism, and contribute to the efficient operation of the department.

What You'll Do
- Meet with attorneys and clients to discuss assigned matters or projects
- Support attorneys in preparing for court appearances and client meetings
- Liaise with financial advisors and third parties to obtain necessary documentation
- Prepare court petitions and related judicial documents
- Communicate with courts
- Submit court filings and deed recordings
- Track and calendar court hearing dates, filing deadlines, and administrative timelines
- Prepare subtrust funding documents, including trust allocation statements and deeds
- Coordinate the transfer and re-titling of assets, including real property, financial accounts, and business interests
- Maintain and manage estate administration matters and files
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum of two years of paralegal experience
- Experience in estate administration or estate planning
- Current ABA‑approved paralegal certificate, or attorney attestation
- Strong follow‑up and follow‑through skills
- Excellent organizational, time management, and proofreading abilities
- High level of accuracy with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and Windows environment
