Remote, Contract -based, California Family Law/Business Litigation Attorney - 10+ Hours/Week

Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced, and dedicated California Family Law / Business Litigation Attorney<\/b>.
<\/p>

Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 10+ hours per week<\/b>.
<\/p>Attorney Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span>
<\/h3>

• Provide support on family law and business litigation matters
  <\/li>
• Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, settlement agreements, and other legal documents
  <\/li>
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda
  <\/li>
• Assist with case strategy, analysis, and litigation planning
  <\/li>
• Review case files and help move matters forward efficiently
  <\/li>
• Support hearings, depositions, mediations, and other litigation activities as needed
  <\/li>
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and legal teams when appropriate
  <\/li><\/ul>

  Attorney Requirements:<\/b><\/span>
  <\/h3>

  • Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of California
    <\/li>
  • Minimum of 5+ years of family law experience
    <\/li>
  • Business litigation experience strongly preferred
    <\/li>
  • Strong experience with motion practice, discovery, and case management
    <\/li>
  • Excellent legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
    <\/li>
  • Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently and meet deadlines
    <\/li>
  • Organized, detail -oriented, and able to work independently
    <\/li><\/ul>

    Our Attorney pay rate starts at $80/hour.
