This is full-time, in-person (Monday - Friday) position in our Chattanooga office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional client service with empathy, professionalism, and urgency

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of personal injury process, medical terminology, and insurance practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in case management software (e.g. Litify) — or willing to learn
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, but not required

Benefits & Compensation:

  • Competitive salary based on experience
  • Health, dental, and vision benefits
  • Paid time off and holidays
  • Supportive team environment with opportunities for growth
  • Meaningful work helping injured clients rebuild their lives
