Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to support Patent and Trademark Prosecution and Intellectual Property Transactions Practice. This role involves hands-on support for attorneys in managing prosecution timelines, filings, and IP-related transactions.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with patent and trademark prosecution, including electronic filing of U.S. and PCT applications and responses.
- Prepare and file IDSs, assignments, prior art references, and other supporting documents.
- Maintain and operate the docketing system, including tracking prosecution deadlines, annuities, and maintenance filings.
- Generate docket reports for attorneys and ensure compliance with deadlines.
- Support attorneys during M&A transactions and technology licensing negotiations.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, USPTO personnel, court staff, experts, and attorneys as needed.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of paralegal experience in intellectual property and litigation within a law firm environment.
- Strong computer proficiency and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with attorneys and support staff in a team-oriented environment.
- $25 - $40/hour
