Are you a driven attorney with a passion for business law? Timoney Knox, a distinguished law firm with a strong presence in Southeastern Pennsylvania, is seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to join our talented Corporate and Tax practice group.

As an Associate Attorney at Timoney Knox, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive legal services to our clients. Your responsibilities will involve drafting various business planning documents, creating and managing business entities, and handling a diverse range of legal matters. Your exceptional client management and communication skills will be vital as you interact with clients and contribute to the firm's continued success.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Create LLCs, corporations, and partnerships, including formation, preparing governing documents, and completing Corporate Transparency Act filings.
•    Draft and negotiate documents related to business transactions, including buy-sell agreements, asset and stock purchase agreements, employment and consulting agreements, commercial loan documents, leases, and real estate purchase agreements.
•    Conduct legal research in the areas of corporate law, and taxation.
•    Preparation and review of personal and fiduciary income tax returns
•    Work collaboratively as need with other practice areas 

Requirements:
•    Active license in good standing to practice law in Pennsylvania (admission to other state bars is a plus)
•    Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Corporate Law
•    Reliable commute to Fort Washington, PA
•    Strong client management and communication skills
•    Ability to handle in-depth research assignments
•    Ability to manage multiple assignments
•    Ability to effectively communicate
