Head - Legal

• Lead the legal function and provide strategic counsel to executive leadership.

• Oversee drafting, review and negotiation of contracts — SPA, construction, JV, land and procurement.
• Manage litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution across the business.
• Ensure compliance with UAE real estate law, DLD, RERA and escrow requirements.
• Advise on land acquisition, joint-venture and partnership structuring.
• Oversee corporate governance, entity management and regulatory filings.
• Manage external counsel, legal spend and enterprise legal risk.

Salary

• $60,000 - $70,000/year
