
Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Trial Attorney. The Trial Attorney will be responsible for managing and conducting legal research, drafting motions, and handling all stages of litigation, including pre-trial and post-trial proceedings in state and federal courts. The attorney will represent clients in court, conduct depositions, and ensure that all necessary legal documentation is organized and submitted timely. The role requires active engagement in trials and strategic legal counseling. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, including drafting and arguing motions, court appearances, and case management In-depth knowledge of copyright and intellectual property law, employment and labor law, and general business law and litigation Experience handling Motions and participation in hearings in State and Federal Courts Proficiency in conducting Trials and managing Depositions Strong legal research and analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and remotely Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Member of the California State Bar
Salary- $150,000 - $200,000/year
