We are a national network of experienced, high -level, freelance attorneys and paralegals who provide remote on -demand support for both short -term and long -term legal projects for our client law firms.
<\/div>

<\/div>

Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced and dedicated Atlanta -based Immigration Attorney for in -person appearances for various immigration proceedings, but mostly Master Calendar Hearings.
<\/div>

<\/div>

A weekly Hearing Calendar would be shared for the attorney to select those Hearings that work with their schedule.
<\/div>

<\/div>

Attorney Requirements:
<\/div>

<\/div>

- Licensed in good standing to practice law in Georgia
<\/div>

- Must be able to attend in -person hearings in Atlanta area
<\/div>

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Immigration law - preferred
<\/div>

- Understand the local rules and court system
<\/div>

- Proven ability to meet deadlines and be well organized
<\/div>

- Self -starter and able to work independently
<\/div>

<\/div>

In -Person Hearing Coverage pay rate starts at a flat fee of $250.
