Residential Real Estate Attorney
A Manhattan-based law firm seeks a Residential Real Estate Attorney to join its closing department, handling co-op, condo, townhouse, and single-family home transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage in-person and remote closings.
- Review legal and bank documents, including CEMAs.
- Handle title clearance, coop loan payoffs, and escrow agreements.
- Provide clear explanations and responsive client service.
Qualifications:
- NYC real estate experience as a transactional attorney.
- Strong knowledge of co-ops, condos, and CEMAs.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- $150,000 - $200,000
