What You’ll Do
-
Lead and drive high-stakes trust and probate litigation matters from strategy through resolution
-
Represent high-net-worth individuals, families, and fiduciaries in complex disputes, including:

Contested matters involving undue influence, lack of capacity, and fraud
-
Fiduciary disputes, including breach of duty, self-dealing, and financial misconduct
-
Trustee/executor conflicts, removals, and surcharge actions
-
Asset mismanagement and accounting disputes
-

Act as a trusted advisor to clients navigating sensitive and often high-conflict situations
-
Take a frontline role in litigation strategy, negotiations, and courtroom proceedings
-
Mentor and develop junior attorneys while helping raise the overall bar of the team
