We are looking for our next Attorney.
What we do.

We’re setting a new standard in how personal injury law is practiced and delivered. Our mission is to provide a superior level of service to our clients through personal connection and continuous communication, while also creating a high potential, rewarding workplace for our dedicated team.
We’ve been recognized as one of Inc. 5000’s Best Workplaces in America and named one of the Fastest-Growing Private Companies—ranking as the 4th fastest-growing law firm in the country. Locally, we’ve also been honored as a Buffalo Business First Best Places to Work. These awards reflect our commitment to building something different — for both our clients and our people.
This is a rare opportunity to be part of a different kind of law firm — one that values communication, precision, and people — and offers tremendous opportunity for professional growth and fulfillment.
Who we are looking for.
We are looking to add a motivated, caring, experienced, and self-starting attorney to our growing legal team. This person will be motivated by helping injured clients in a variety of ways and ultimately guide them to successful conclusions to their cases. We have an excellent team in place and are dedicated to ensuring that the new member of our team is in line with our firm’s core values: Winning, Always Ready, Professional, Precision, High-Level Communication, Accountable, and Service. We are committed to providing every member of our team with the support and resources necessary for success.
As an Attorney in a leadership role at the firm, we are hoping to find someone who is equally interested and excited about their own personal growth and having an impact on the personal growth of others whom they will lead and mentor as we grow something new and exciting together.
In general, candidates should minimally have the following to be qualified:
- Juris Doctor from an American Bar Association accredited law school and admission to the bar in the State of New York.
- Three (3) or more years of experience in plaintiff’s personal injury or personal injury insurance defense. Experience handling motor vehicle accident and premises liability cases is preferred.
- Demonstrated strong technological and organizational skills, a willingness to learn, and effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to be compassionate, a willingness to embrace challenge, and a strong sense of self-direction, team-orientation, and ability to maintain composure under pressure.
We are interested in candidates who are excited about the idea of learning and growing with us as we continue to build something new and different together.
What we offer you that’s different.

We’ve built a beautiful, fun, and comfortable workspace for our staff to enjoy each day, and we have regular in-office and offsite team building events and happy hours to ensure we are keeping it all in perspective.
- Career Opportunities: We are growing rapidly and joining us at this stage offers the opportunity to grow alongside the firm. As we expand, new roles and opportunities frequently arise. If you’re eager to learn and take on new challenges, we will support and encourage your development.
- Generous Benefits: Includes 100% coverage of a single plan for medical and dental insurance, life insurance, as well as short-term and long-term supplemental disability.
