Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Paralegal to join our legal team. This role offers exposure to a wide range of legal and operational matters in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Position is in-person in our New York offices.
Key Responsibilities
- Support execution of legal and corporate documents, including coordination of signatures and DocuSign workflows.
- Assist with contract review and negotiation of standard agreements (e.g., confidentiality and consulting agreements) under attorney supervision.
- Manage and track legal invoices, acting as a point of contact with outside counsel and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain organized systems for document management and entity records.
- Conduct legal research, including review of SEC filings and regulatory documents.
- Support formation and governance of new entities, including maintaining organizational records and signing authority.
- Monitor regulatory alerts and assist with compliance-related tracking of investments.
- Provide notetaking and administrative support for legal calls and meetings.

Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2–4 years of paralegal experience, ideally within capital markets, mergers & acquisitions, investment management, financial services, or corporate law.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface with internal teams and external counsel.
- Proficiency with legal technology tools such as DocuSign, Intelligize/EDGAR and document management systems.
- Must be able to work from our New York City office 4-5 days per week.
The base salary for this New York-based position ranges from $100,000 to $130,000, depending on experience, skills, and responsibilities. Actual salary may vary based on qualifications and the level at which the role is hired. In addition to the base salary, the role includes a discretionary incentive compensation program, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and life insurance, retirement plans, tax-free savings options, and access to additional healthcare programs.
