The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years’ experience working on government contracts and grants matters. The candidate will have experience with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and U.S. government contracts compliance, claims, disputes, bid protests, transactions, and investigations. The government contracts and grants lawyers at are leaders in the field, with a dedicated team covering every industry that serves the government, including aerospace and defense, life sciences, education, technology, professional services, and international development. The team has unmatched cross-border capability, having advised clients on projects in over 100 countries across the Americas, Africa, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. The successful candidate will be a high performer who can leverage this platform and demonstrate superior written, oral, and interpersonal skills for communicating with attorneys and clients; has a strong academic record; is diligent and detail-oriented; possesses excellent research and writing skills; takes initiative; and can demonstrate an ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
