Commercial Litigation Principle (Partner)

Aspen Careers is partnering with a mid-sized, full service law firm to hire a Commercial Litigation Principal.

The Opportunity:

• Lead and manage high-stakes commercial litigation cases from inception through trial or resolution.
• Provide expert legal counsel across a wide range of complex commercial disputes, including breach of contract, business torts, shareholder disputes, and fraud claims.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships by offering practical, business-minded legal solutions.
• Drive business development efforts, expanding the firm's client base and market presence.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Licensed to practice law in Ohio with at least 7+ years of commercial litigation experience.
• Proven track record of success, including extensive trial and courtroom experience in federal and state courts.
• Strong business acumen with exceptional negotiation and advocacy skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities, with a focus on mentoring junior attorneys and fostering team collaboration.
