Senior Counsel - Trusts & Estates

Senior Counsel - Trusts & Estates provides comprehensive legal services to clients and supports the development of other attorneys. The ideal candidate will possess 10+ years of extensive experience, advising clients on complex state and federal estate planning, business succession planning, estate and trust administration and tax planning matters.

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
• Maine Bar admission and maintenance of good standing in jurisdictions as required by the firm.
• Demonstrated mastery of legal skills
• Ability to combine leadership skills with expertise to lead teams.

• Sit and stand for extended durations.
• Work within an office setting.
• Work with electronics (computer, phone, iPad)
• Lift, push, pull up to 25 lbs
