Position Summary | Organization: Pegasus Law Center Location: 505 Marquette Ave NW Suite 1350 Albuquerque, NM 87102 MUST have a Work-Study Award. Job purpose Duties and responsibilities NOTE: This is a paid internship with pay at $23 an hour with flexible hours during the summer months; however, keep in mind that our office hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You may be required to participate in some Friday hearings |
Minimum Qualifications | Enrolled in a degree seeking program at UNM, Enrolled at least half-time (6 hours) at UNM for fall and spring semesters (Audit hours do not count), and if Work Study, you must meet Satisfactory Academic Progress. |
Preferred Qualifications | Qualifications ●Currently enrolled in a Juris Doctor (JD) program, with at least one year of law school completed. ●Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. ●Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications ●Strong academic record with a demonstrated interest in youth and family law. ●Those with lived experience related to Pegasus’ work and mission are especially encouraged to apply. |
