We are seeking a passionate and entrepreneurial Associate Attorney with 2–4 years of experience to join our Elder Law practice. This is a unique opportunity for a self-starter who is not only committed to estate planning and elder law but also interested in ownership and long-term leadership. The ideal candidate should be interested in the opportunity to buy out the practice in the coming years and become a future law partner. This role will have the ability for in-office and remote work based on location and schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Handle Estate Planning matters with a focus on Medi-Cal planning (training provided)
Manage all aspects of Estate Planning, Conservatorships, Probate cases, and Trust Litigation
Provide compassionate legal counsel in Elder Law
Conduct client meetings, in-office signings, and remote consultations
Collaborate with firm leadership on strategic growth and succession planning
What We’re Looking For
Licensed Attorney with 2–4 years of practice experience
Graduate of an accredited law school
Licensed to practice law in the state of California
Strong interest in Estate Planning and Elder Law
Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit and desire to build toward ownership
A self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, client-focused environment
Comfortable with technology and remote work tools
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and signings
Location & Flexibility
Based in Orange County, CA (open to candidates in Los Angeles County)
Hybrid remote: Work from home with occasional in-office presence and client visits
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $86,000 - $110,000 + Bonus Structure
Path to Ownership: Structured buy-out opportunity within a few years
Mentorship and leadership development toward partnership
