Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Commercial Paralegal to join our team. In this role, you will work with our global sales and distributions teams as well as global functions including Supply Chain, Quality & Compliance, IT, Finance, Marketing, and the People team. You will support a wide range of commercial matters.

Key Responsibilities
- Review, redline, and negotiate commercial agreements to support outbound sales and inbound purchasing engagements.
- Assist business teams in drafting and preparing operational documents that are ancillary to definitive agreements (e.g., policies and guidelines).
- Serve as the primary contact for NDAs, amendments, and SOWs across business functions.
- Summarize agreements for business stakeholders and the Legal team.
- Develop contracting standards and templates to support processes.
- Corporate record management and entity maintenance.
- Collaborate with Contracts Management to organize and manage contracts.
- Support the creation and maintenance of company policies.
- Design and deliver basic legal training to business teams.
- Serve as a liaison between attorneys and internal clients, performing assigned legal support functions under the supervision of attorneys.
- Perform ad hoc projects as assigned by attorneys.
Who You Are
- Excellent verbal and written communicator, demonstrating the interpersonal skills required to effectively interface with key stakeholders, team members, business leaders, and employees at all levels within the company.
- Advanced contract drafting, redlining, reading, and writing skills.
- Demonstrate sound judgment, initiative and effective problem-solving skills.
- Thrives in ambiguity and fast-paced environments, operating with urgency.
- Interest in corporate governance, immigration, and real estate matters.
- Familiarity with indirect procurement and supply chain.
- Skilled in developing scalable processes to optimize workflows.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5-10 years as a paralegal at a recognized law firm and/or an in-house legal department.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial transactions.
- Advanced proficiency with Office 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Prefer experience with consumer goods and/or retail companies.
The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.
Salary Range
$100,000 - $130,000 USD
