Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced and dedicated Seattle -based Immigration Attorney for in -person appearances for Master Calendar Hearings/Individual Hearings Coverage.
<\/div>

<\/div>

A weekly Hearing Calendar would be shared for the attorney to select those Hearings that work with their schedule.
<\/div>

<\/div>

Attorney Requirements:
<\/div>

<\/div>

- Licensed in good standing to practice law in Washington
<\/div>

- Must be able to attend in -person hearings in Seattle area
<\/div>

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Immigration law - preferred
<\/div>

- Understand local rules and court system
<\/div>

- Well -organized and proven ability to meet deadlines
<\/div>

- Self -starter and able to work independently
<\/div>

- Spanish fluency a plus
<\/div>

<\/div>

In -Person Master Hearing Coverage pay rate starts at a flat fee of $300. Individual Hearings rate higher.
