This role involves providing legal counsel, conducting thorough investigations, and advocating for clients in negotiations and court proceedings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in personal injury claims related to storm damage, including property damage, injuries sustained during storms, and related insurance disputes.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and case analysis to build strong cases.
  • Interview clients, witnesses, and experts to gather relevant evidence and testimonies.
  • Prepare and file legal documents, including complaints, motions, and discovery requests.
  • Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
  • Advocate for clients in court, presenting compelling arguments and evidence.
  • Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations related to personal injury and storm damage claims.
  • Provide clients with clear and consistent communication throughout the legal process.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure comprehensive case management.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active bar admission in [State].
