Job Description

MetLife Legal Plans is always looking for service excellence professionals. 

We have various departments within our organization which are growing, and we look to bring on the best talent possible as we continue to grow. Our positions range from customer service, account management, operations, implementation, claims, technology, HR, and much more! 

While several of our departments are fully remote, we also have hybrid and onsite positions available at our Cleveland, OH HQ, as well as our location in Henderson, Nevada.
