Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Contract Immigration Attorney with strong USCIS expertise to join our Contract Attorney Department. This is a remote, per-item role — you choose the assignments you take based on your availability. You will provide key services that support our Attorney Review Department and client hearing preparation team.

Key Responsibilities

• Attorney Review: Review USCIS filings before mailing to ensure accuracy, completeness, and legal sufficiency

• Client Consultations: Conduct immigration consultations and provide legal guidance

• Hearing Preparation: Lead mock calls and prep sessions with clients before their hearings

• Collaborate with our internal teams to maintain quality and consistency in client service

Requirements

• Active U.S. law license in good standing

• Proven USCIS experience, including preparing and reviewing filings

• Strong attention to detail and legal writing skills

• Professional, client-centered communication skills

• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
