Litigation Attorney

The Atlanta, GA office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is actively seeking an attorney to join its Commercial Litigation and General Liability Practices.

The ideal candidate will have two (2) to fifteen (15) years of litigation experience, with a strong background in toxic tort, premises liability, and/or commercial litigation matters. Experience defending residential landlords in a variety of business disputes, as well as handling general liability and premises-related claims, is highly desired. Candidates should have demonstrated experience managing all phases of litigation, including drafting and responding to pleadings and discovery, conducting and defending depositions, legal research and analysis, motion practice, court appearances, and trial preparation.

The successful candidate will possess superior writing skills, strong analytical and research abilities, and excellent communication skills. The ability to independently manage a caseload while working collaboratively with clients and colleagues is essential. Admission to the Georgia Bar is required.
