City Attorney

to serve as legal counsel to the City Commission, City Manager, and City departments. Responsibilities include providing legal advice and representation on municipal matters, drafting and reviewing contracts, ordinances, resolutions, and policies, representing the City in civil proceedings, prosecuting ordinance violations, and advising on matters involving zoning, employment law, labor relations, real estate, and regulatory compliance. Additional related duties may be assigned as needed.
