What You’ll Do
As a Workers’ Compensation Associate Attorney at Bader Law, you will play a critical role in managing a substantial caseload while providing high-quality legal representation to clients. This position requires strong litigation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 150 workers’ compensation cases.
• Draft and submit settlement demands with supporting documentation.
• Negotiate claims with opposing counsel, insurance companies, and other parties.
• Respond to discovery requests thoroughly and within required timelines.
• Conduct depositions of clients, witnesses, and experts as necessary.
• Represent clients during court appearances, including hearings and motions.

- 0-3 years of workers’ compensation experience
- A commitment to exceptional client service
- Top quality writing skills; strong academic credentials
- Commitment to jury trials and appeals
- GA Bar license required. (MUST)
- Bachelor’s degree
- Juris Doctor degree from an American Bar Association accredited law school; admission to the bar of the state in which practicing and in good standing with the bar association
- Effective supervisory and leadership, organizational and critical thinking, judgment, and decision-making ability
- Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate with a diverse group of clients, attorneys, and staff
- Ability to demonstrate impeccable integrity in confidential matters.
