- THE POSITION

This position allows you to utilize your extensive legal knowledge to provide administrative and operational support to the OA, OCC including analyzing data and performing routine legal tasks. - DESCRIPTION OF WORK
As a Legal Office Administrator 1 (LOA1), you will be handling sensitive and confidential information consistent with attorney-client privilege when providing advanced administrative and professional legal support. You will be responsible for processing hearing transcripts and general invoices for payment, serving as the travel and expense coordinator, and preparing procurement requests. Work involves managing office supplies and equipment as well as maintaining the legal law library. You will have the opportunity to showcase your organizational skills while assigning management directives and manuals to respective attorneys for review and updating the status of each as they move through the approval process. You will have the opportunity to provide support for the Chief Counsel and act as a backup to the Office Manager, as needed. Additional duties include answering incoming calls, greeting visitors, processing mail, and ensuring the office supplies are well-stocked and organized.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to 2 days per week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.
- Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Two years of varied office management or staff work within a public or private legal office.
Additional Requirements:
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
