Job Description:


People Placers Staffing is seeking a highly accomplished mid-level to senior associate to join a dynamic real estate joint venture and finance practice. This pivotal role involves navigating intricate real estate transactions, encompassing sophisticated financings, strategic joint ventures, and complex acquisitions and dispositions across a diverse array of asset classes. The successful candidate will engage with matters spanning office, multi-family, industrial, retail, and hospitality sectors. This opportunity offers exposure to both lender and borrower-side representations, providing a comprehensive and challenging legal experience within a premier practice group.


Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Admission in good standing to the New York State Bar.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of substantial experience in real estate finance, joint ventures, acquisitions, and dispositions.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in handling complex real estate financings, representing either lenders or borrowers.

Preferred Skills:

  • Significant experience with a broad spectrum of real estate asset classes, including office, multi-family, industrial, retail, and hospitality.
  • A robust background in lender-side financing, with a desire to further specialize in this area.
  • Exceptional analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex matters simultaneously and work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
