Salary: $45K-50K DOE

Location: Must be in Chicago or willing to commute

Schedule: Full-Time; Hybrid

 

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media and Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team at the Illinois Hammer Injury Law Firm. As the Social Media and Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence, building brand awareness, and engaging with our target audience through various digital channels. Your efforts will contribute to our mission of providing exceptional legal services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tik Tok, and more.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content, including posts, graphics, videos, and articles that resonate with our target audience.
  • Monitor social media trends, respond to comments, messages, and reviews promptly, and engage in meaningful conversations with followers.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns using relevant metrics, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

2. Content Creation:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to produce high-quality written and video content for the firm's website, blog, and other digital assets, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal standards.
  • Develop informative and compelling content about injury law, legal processes, case studies, and client testimonials to educate and engage both existing and potential clients. This may include, but is not limited to, blogs, videos, and newsletters.

3. Online Advertising:

  • Plan, create, and manage online advertising campaigns using platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels to increase the firm's visibility and generate leads.
  • Monitor and optimize ad performance based on key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve cost-effective results.

4. Brand Management:

  • Maintain and uphold the firm's brand identity and messaging across all digital platforms, ensuring consistency in tone, voice, and design.
  • Develop visually appealing marketing materials that align with the firm's brand guidelines.

5. Analytics and Reporting:

  • Regularly track and analyze website traffic, social media engagement, and advertising performance to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports that outline key insights, trends, and recommendations for optimizing future marketing efforts.

6. Stay Current with Industry Trends:

  • Keep up with industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to propose innovative strategies that could benefit the firm's marketing efforts.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop editing or similar software
  • Proficiency with video editing using Premiere or similar software
  • Photography expertise
  • Experience with Power BI or comparable analytic software
  • Experience with online advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
  • Familiarity with the legal industry, especially personal injury law, is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, and content creation.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to create compelling and accurate content.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms, content management systems, and marketing analytics tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate new ideas and strategies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with both clients and team members.
