CoreWeave is seeking a Corporate Counsel to support a wide range of Intellectual Property (IP) matters.

What you’ll do

Advise the business with respect to various IP-related matters, including: 

  • Managing and optimizing CoreWeave’s patent and trademark portfolios 
  • Implementing and enforcing IP protection policies
  • Identifying and protecting IP assets
  • Drafting, negotiating and reviewing IP license agreements and other transactional documents 
  • Providing guidance with respect to IP compliance, legal regulations, and best practices

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications

  • A US qualified lawyer admitted to practice law with an active bar membership in at least one US State.
  • At least 3 years with a law firm, in-house role, or government agency (or a combination).
  • Experience with legal and regulatory interpretation with respect to IP. Experience with EU countries is a bonus.
  • Experience with software and/or cloud computing. 
  • Computer science background is preferred but not required. 
  • Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills, including with executives in a highly customer focused environment.
  • Pragmatic and proactive business and customer focused problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly scaling environment.
  • Strong team-oriented mindset and demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with legal colleagues and business teams in cross-functional groups and multiple time zones.

The base pay and target total cash for this position range from $143,000 to $191,000 and $164,000 to $220,000, accordingly. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position includes a discretionary bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Our Workplace

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
